“Tabula de Amalpha” was wrote in Amalfi, btween the XI and XIV century.
There are 66 chapters (which 21 in Latin), where they codified all maritim laws
(from the charter to the insurances).
Maritime code was ramsoned by the Austrian in 1929
example, in one of the older chapters, it explain in the “contratto di
Colonna”, that all partners took parts of the useful. The code still foresaw
some assistencial forms to the partners, who couldn't took part to the travel.
