We can see,  the rudimental machines and varius instrument of the last four centuries  and, among hand-press, millstone and carpenter tools you find also chestnut baskets,still used for the vintage, the old country world of the Amalfi coast.

If you see the slope of the coast, you find hundred gardens, where not only lemon are farmed, but also  products like oranges, grapes, olives and so on, that give wonderful aromas and flavours used to the neapolitan cookery.
