scialatielli alla Masaniello

  

THE RECIPE:

 mix the olive oil with the garlic and chilli, when golden add the octopus, after a couple of minutes add the wine, parsley  the chopped tomato, and let cook for about 8 minutes.  Than add the clams and  shrimps, after few minutes mix with the scialatielli and the baby marrow. 

variant:

 instead of the baby marrow, use some rucola and let me now.


THE INGREDIENTS (4 people):

50 ml extra virgin olive oil
chopped garlic, one fresh chilli
250 g tomato
500 g clams
500 g octopus
250 g cleaned shrimps
1/2 glass white wine
150 g fried baby marrow
