Orata (sea bream) al forno

  

 THE RECIPE:

Clean the fish, set in a cooking tray with some oil, add salt, oil, parsley, garlic and a glass of white wine, let cook for around 40 minutes (this depend from the fish size)

Serve with slices of lemon

 

THE INGREDIENTS for 4 people:

1,5 kg sea bream

olive oil;
garlic; 
salt; 
parsley;
white wine;
lemon.
