liqueur of lemon

the recipe:

wash and dry the lemons, cut their peel very thin and put it in infusion in the alcohol for about one week.

Then, with the water and the sugar prepare a syrup of sugar (boil the sugar in the water until the liquid ropes) and let it cold;

at the end separate the alcohol from the lemon-peel, filter and mix it with the sugar-syrup.

Put the liqueur in bottles. 

excellent natural digestive,  served cold 



absolute alcohol one liter; 
one liter of water;
sugar half kg;
peel of 1 kg of lemon if possible just caught.
