la raccolta dei limoniThanks to the clima of the Coast that the lemon know as  "Sfusato Amalfitano" can grow.  
The quality of the lemon is  "femminello sfusato", because it hasn't generally  pips, bigger than the other mediterranean lemon, long shape and big peel. It is possible to preserve inalterate for long time.

Its therapeutic properties are well-known since the middle age, from the "Scuola Medica Salernitana" used to fight infection, to stimulate the immune system,  to relieve stress, to stimulate growth and  to retard senescence. Today also used to be an aid to smokers  and  to enhance athletic performance.
