Wash the mussels and clams throug out, let them open in a
pan with a drop of oil, on a hot fire.
Boil the squid for 20 minutes in little water with salt, cut them in squares,
boil the shrimps in water and salt, and peel them after cooking. Set all
ingriedient in a serving tray, with garlic olive oil, parsley, pepper and
lemon, and leave to marinate for 2 hours, mix and serve.
