THE
RECIPE:
Clean the mussels trhougout set them in a pot with the
lids to let them open on a slow fire, separated lightly fry the garlic with
oil and chilly, add the mussels with some of the brooth and the wine,
finally add the parsley and leave for one more minute on the fire, serve
with lemon quarters.
THE INGREDIENTS (4 people):
kg. 1,5 mussels;
garlic;
parsley;
chilli;
a glass of white wine;
1/2 glass olive oil.
