THE RECIPE:

Lightly fry the garlic in oil, add the whole peeled tomat, salt, pepper, oregano, let cook for around 8 minutes, add the meat slices, and cook on a slow fire turning the meet a few times.

 

THE INGREDIENTS (4 people):

4 slices of sandwich meat  gr. 800; 
whole peeled tomato gr. 500; 
olive oil; 
garlic; 
salt; 
oregano; 
pepper.
